Description
For our client, a leading metalworking company in Zwolle, we are looking for an experienced Press Brake Operator. In this role, you operate and set up modern CNC press brakes to precisely bend and form metal sheets according to technical drawings and client specifications. You work with various materials such as steel, high-strength steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
You plan your daily production, prepare the right materials, and carefully calibrate the press brake for each product. You also check dimensions and quality of the formed parts and contribute to an efficient production process. Even with limited experience you are welcome — internal training and external courses are provided where needed.
- An excellent hourly wage between €14.90 and €21 gross per hour
- 38-hour working week, optionally spread over 4 working days
- Flexible working hours in day shift (07:00 – 17:15)

Requirements
- At least MBO-level education, preferably technical
- Basic knowledge of metalworking and measurement techniques is a plus
- Even with limited experience you are welcome — internal and external training provided
- Technical insight and precise work attitude
- Flexible and willing to work in shifts
- Team player who likes to roll up their sleeves
