Description
We are looking for a candidate with experience in industrial cleaning and team management.
The job involves working alongside three other supervisors on the night shift in a food factory. This position is in a large industrial facility operating 7 days a week, always on night shifts. The hourly rate depends on experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating work plans and managing schedules together with other team leaders.
- Supervising cleaning tasks to ensure they are carried out according to established procedures, guidelines, and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Communicative Dutch (spoken and written)
- Experience in team management
- Experience in industrial cleaning
- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate a team
- Stress resistance
- Own accommodation and means of commuting to work
